Something is not working? Call our multi-line number or submit a request below. We accept requests around the clock, with an engineer on duty on weekends.

Describe the problem
Who you are, your company, what is not working and since when. Send a screenshot of the error if you have one.

Get a ticket number
The engineer logs your request in our ticketing system and tells you when they will start on it.

Allow remote access
If the problem can be solved remotely, the engineer will ask you to run the remote access software and read out the ID and password from its window.
- 04
Confirm the fix
The request is closed once you confirm that everything works.

Software for connecting an engineer
Run the software only while you are on the phone with our engineer. Without your permission, the engineer cannot connect through it.
If the main version does not start, download the backup one. Other versions for Windows, macOS, Linux and phones: RustDesk 1.3.0.

- Run it
- Read out the ID and password from its window to the engineer
- The session ends as soon as you close the program
