This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding text.
I, the data subject, by filling in a form on itwonline.ru or itwonline.net (hereinafter the Website) and ticking the consent box, in accordance with Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Operator
Outsourcing Company Limited Liability Company (OOO AK, INN 2317063010, OGRN 1122367002010), registered address: 5 Golubye Dali St., 56, Adler district, Sochi, Krasnodar Krai, 354382, Russia (hereinafter the Operator).
2. Personal data
- last name, first name, patronymic (or the part of it I provided);
- phone number;
- email address;
- preferred contact method, including messenger;
- name of the organization I represent and its industry;
- information I provided in the comment to my request.
3. Purposes of processing
- reviewing my request and contacting me by the chosen method;
- consulting on the Operator's services;
- preparing a commercial proposal, carrying out an IT infrastructure audit and concluding a contract at my request;
- accepting and fulfilling a technical support request.
4. Operations with personal data
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in Section 5, blocking, erasure, destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without automation.
5. Transfer to third parties
I agree that the Operator may entrust the processing of my personal data to the persons providing the Website, request tracking and email listed in Section 9 of the Privacy policy, provided they comply with the law. Making personal data publicly available and transferring it across borders are not allowed.
6. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid for 3 years from the date the request is submitted or until it is withdrawn.
I may withdraw my consent by sending a statement to sales@itwonline.ru or by letter to the Operator's address. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days unless there are other grounds for processing under Article 6(1)(2–11) of the Federal Law “On Personal Data”.
7. Confirmations
I confirm that I have read the Privacy policy, provided accurate data and am at least 18 years old. If I provided another person's data, I confirm that I have obtained their consent to transfer it to the Operator.
Consent to receive advertising is given separately and is not a condition for reviewing the request.
